Board of Trustees
The Ukrainian Evangelical Christian - Baptist Union, according to the original charter of April 28, 2004 has given the rights of oversight of the Odessa Theological Seminary to a Board of Trustees. This Board of Trustees is the highest organ that regulates seminary development. The leadership of the Ukrainian Evangelical Christian - Baptist Union, regulates membership of the Board of Trustees.
The Chairman of the seminary's Board of Trustees is Gregory I. Komendant,
Ex–President of All-Ukrainian Evangelical Christians-Baptist Union.
Local Administration
The President of the seminary provides direction and the local administrative board carries out the daily operations of the seminary.
