Church Ministry Department Diploma in Preaching
Purpose of the program
This two-year non-residential program is designed to provide men with the biblical and theological education, as well as the practical skills, necessary to serve in the office of deacon or preacher.
Goals of Program
In addition to the general expectations of the seminary, students who graduate with a Diploma in Preaching should possess the following abilities.
The graduate is expected to understand the principles of preaching, personal evangelism, and church growth.
The graduate is expected to understand the principles of church administration, church life, and church ministry.
The graduate is expected to be able to apply these principles to the local church ministry.
