If a student fails to meet the academic requirements of the seminary, actions will be taken which may end in dismissal from the seminary.

At the end of each academic program, every student is required to prepare, present, and defend a research project. The Bachelor's level paper shall not be less than 40 typed pages. The diploma level paper shall not be less than 20 typed pages. The seminary may later consider publishing these works.
All students who fail an exam (< 70%) are required to retake the test.
Any student may retake and exam with the approval of the professor but may not receive a higher grade than a 4 (B, 3.0) for that test.
The typical languages spoken by teachers in the seminary are Russian and English. Professors who teach in English will teach with a Russian translator. Written projects are accepted in Russian.
All students are expected to attend all scheduled lectures and activities.
If the student misses 10% - 19% of the lectures and class activity, he cannot receive a coarse grade higher than a 4 (B, 3.0). If a student misses 20% or more of the lectures and class activities, he cannot receive credit for the course. Excused absences may be granted by the academic dean and are decided on a case-by-case basis. Yet, in NO CASE shall the number of absences be more than 40%.
Three tardies shall be equal to one unexcused absence of an academic hour.
Habitual tardiness and absenteeism are grounds for dismissal from the Seminary.
A student must pass 100% of all the required courses in his or her program with at least a 70% (B-, 2.7) and possess the required amount of credits before they can be awarded their degree.
